The organisational regulations manage the basic tasks and responsibilities of the bodies and subsidiary bodies of the pension fund.
The allocation of tasks may also be regulated in other regulations, in particular by the pension fund and investment regulations.
The allocation of responsibilities shall be made in compliance with recognised standards and legal requirements.
The current organisational regulations came into force on 1 June 2014 (available in German).
